Our cancellation policy is as follows.
- No cancellation charges if cancellation is made prior to 30 days of arrival date.
- 10% cancellation charges on all cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 07 days before arrival date.
- 50% cancellation charge on cancellation made within 07 days of arrival date but more than 72 hours before check-in time (on date of arrival)
- 100% cancellation charges on all cancellations made less than 72 hours of check-in time.
- If booking made for Diwali or Christmas date so it is on non-refundable and non-cancellable basis.
Notes :
- You have to follow check inn check out time of hotel.
- Extra Mattress will be provided to Extra adult and Child instead of Extra Bed.
- Guest must carry Id proof Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/ Aadhar card on the time of check-in
- Foreigners/NRI?s requested to produce the passport & valid visa as Id proof on the time of check-in
